I'm an actor/comedienne/screenwriter with eclectic range of material - Yeah yeah, I know.... but in defence, I'm a Brit so we just can't choose one genre! I create content, am a youtube partner, and am attempting to produce several projects now as a daunted newbie producer.
Would love to meet producing partners. Especially the kind that have a passion for it and get excited by that spreadsheet, not doing it in a cold sweat and by necessity like me!
Based in LA, repped by top UK agent Casarotto Ramsay, I now badly need a manager for lit in LA as London simply cannot actively cover the industry over here and I now have several US set projects and a few intended for both the US&UK markets. I really want to be pitching these this year - am working my way through "managers that also produce" 1st - but it's overwhelming with sometimes dozens of managers in each company and not so clear always if they are lit or talent so looking through all their client lists - grateful for any suggestions here if an easier way!
Am being read by 2 but they're taking months to get back each time.
Projects are in multi-formats - Film/TV movie & series/half hour comedy and interactive web series/digital.
Comedy, dramedy, mystery thriller & historical.
(As I write historical and there are about 8 series in my specialized period, 19th century, going down here, they could probably get me a gig on one and be earning something off me straight away.)
There is a crossover in SOME comedy projects where I wrote intending to perform myself. Nothing would stop me getting a feature credit however and otherwise the hats are quite separate.

* Just wrote 1st US Network TV episode on new Lifetime dramedy series.
*SOFIA'S DIARY – Sony TV /Bebo and Channel 5. – 60 eps. Writer on series 2 and 3 of hit teen PLOT interactive drama - the 1st internet project to go directly onto terrestrial TV in UK ever. Plot interactive meant the audience (teenage girls) chose how the lead would act each week in a dilemma. We wrote both outcomes, they were shot and only the voted for outcome was shown at the end of the week, oh & the whole 'problem' must be tied up too so that we didn't have crazy, never-ending branching narratives! Nightmare mindbending stuff to write at times and wicked awesome experience!

Director Marienela Maldonado (Oscar Winner) This film has was premiered in the International Critic’s Week Competition, Cannes 2004. This script has won and placed in several other contests as well. It's been previously optioned and LOI'd by Fox Searchlight, has professional coverage and really wants to be made. 10-15M. Need to attach very hot or very connected director to be able to attract key cast. Pitch pack and full script available. UP YOURS, BRIDGET JONES Comedy **FINALIST NATIONAL LMPOON CONTEST!!**After a blow to the head, a Brit in LA is forced to confront a wicked booze habit, her obsessive blaming of Reneee Zellweger for everything wrong in life, and the appearance of her dad. Which would be OK - if he hadn't been dead for years. Up Yours is a comedy that comments on the so-called Brit/Yank 'special relationship', Hollywood and the 'business we call show', but at it's heart is an unusual, offbeat father-daughter redemption story. **Page quarter-finalist, still in running, 2016. Have UK producers interested in a UK/US co-pro - so looking to find a producer here (80%LA set, 20%London) and to attach comedy director, female, maybe.
DEATH AT A PARTY/MISADVENTURE Mystery ⋄ Thriller Room mates ‘FINGERS’ (the virgin), 'G' (drop dead gorgeous AND a physics genius), ‘QUENTIN’ (weird and OCD but they’re used to him) and JEN (Greek Freak experimenting with being a pain in the ass and her sexual orientation) are having a party in their crumbling shared house. Actress Detective Nancy Delport, working late in her Cape Town bureau, is investigating the murder of Hollywood actress Crystal Fallone, who has been shot dead in Cape Town whilst appearing in a re-make of JL Godard's 1963 film 'Contempt.' Delport is on the phone to Fallone's father, TV-movie director Peter Kashlin, who is thousands of miles away on the LA set of his latest thriller - in which Crystal was due to star. But implausibly, Kashlin's movie set in Los Angeles appears to be an exact reproduction of Delport's detective office in Cape Town. What's more, 'Century City' is a circular crime thriller - it loops endlessly as a dual-screen installation in gallery spaces. The mystery at the center of the film is never solved. Furthermore, the film proposes a spatial and logical impossibility. Written by Croft, Stuart

Actress For want of a nail a shoe was lost, for want of a shoe... a young man's life is almost lost, which is exactly what this film is all about: a man barely twenty who wants desperately to pull out of London's drug world by taking a job as a waiter in a 'normal' restaurant. But to do this he must come up with a "sensible pair of shoes," an item that his homeless meanderings hasn't provided him. In fact, the shoes become a symbol of his striving to break away from those, like himself, who are caught up in the tragedy of drugs and lasciviousness which is so aptly described... sometimes graphically, always realistically... in this film.
