About Rick

When not composing and recording music, writing novels and screenplays and works of non-fiction, managing the RARWRITER Publishing Group network of Websites (start at ), and I operate Rick Alan Rice Consulting, which provides technical communications services to large engineering, architecture and construction firms, as well as software developers and data center operations. I have done extensive work with California state government agencies, and I am expert regarding federal contracts for large indefinite quantity deliveries (Department of Defense construction projects, largely). A lot of my day job involves interviewing technical subject matter experts and doing secondary research to develop technical documentation in a variety of forms.
