SYNOPSIS:

When a White House strategist learns that there may be a pharmaceutical means of pumping up the slumping fortunes of the administration he works for, he begins taking chances with peoples' lives in this political satire that lays bare every malady currently afflicting democracy in the America of 2013 - and it does so in ways that are, by turns, hilarious and horrifying.
