About Ian

I am a cinematographer and editor based out of Wilmington, North Carolina. I work on independent features and shorts, as well as music videos, weddings, and other commercially based projects. Storytelling through the lens of the camera is my passion.

I grew up watching cinema, ranging from a wide variety of genres. You could say I learned a lot about people and myself by watching characters play out their lives on the screen. And now I have jumped behind the camera to shoot the most compelling stories I can find, to bring to life the same moments that shaped me for a new generation.

Unique traits: What do you get when you mix David Fincher and Roger Deakins, and then throw out all the rules?
