 My midwest values, growing up on a farm and life experiences have given me an appreciation for hard work and ‘“not quitting till the work is done”. I have also been a personal trainer, so I believe staying fit and healthy will improve my ability of being quick on my feet, and mentally capable for solving problems rationally.
I moved from Indiana and returned to school after raising three wonderful kids. I graduated Cum Laude from Los Angeles Film as a non​traditional student in 2014. I feel the most alive working with a team of like minded, passionate people. I auditioned for a feature that was set to film in Indiana and was given the lead female role. It was not enough to just show up with my lines memorized. I wanted to be a larger part of the team and help out how ever I could. After principle shooting was completed, I quickly found other movies to be a part of, so much so, that by the time I enrolled back in school, I had 4000 volunteer hours on set. I wanted to experience every position and earn my way to credibility. There is nothing like first hand experience and being mentored to really make you know yourself and what you are capable of. Having experience in every aspect of visual storytelling makes me a prime candidate for a coordinator position.
