Bonanno Entertainment Company, Inc ™ (“BEC”) is a newly formed multimedia production agency that has been in development since 2019. BEC’s executive team have united to produce its current portfolio of Television (TV) and Film Intellectual Properties (“IPs”) that includes the scripted series “THAT LIFE” ©. BEC provides an all-in-one turnkey solution to source and develop real-life IPs within the budget to be produced for streaming network television or feature film. A. Screen/Script Writing Scope of Services
 
1. Research, development, and adaptation of the treatment into a fully developed screenplay.
 
2. Development of the treatment and/or summary that outlines the basic story for each script or episode.
 
3. Write, edit and/or rewrite the scripts based on feedback from producers, directors, and stakeholders.
 
4. Pitch the screenplay to television and film executives and colleagues that can assist in the production and development of the screenplay and production.
 
5. Work alongside the producers and directors during filming
 
6. Market the treatments, screenplay, script(s) to directors, producers, and other film executives. 

B. Screen/Script Writing Compensation

1.Current Industry standard for screenwriter compensation is up to 2% of the production budget for the performance of services outlined in the above section 1.

2. Budgeted salary compensation in the Writers Room with bonus and earned equity opportunities.

3. In each of the above listed scenarios outlined in sections (A) and (B) above, the screenplay writers will receive the appropriate written by and created by credit(s) for their contribution to the work. 

C. Artistic Media Scope of Services

1. BEC is seeking the development of artistic media to be used in the promotion, advertising marketing and commercialization of product(s).

i. Design and Development of the “Look Book” for the presentation and marketing of the production to potential investors and production companies.

ii. Design and development of Posters/Artwork of the production and characters for advertising and marketing.

iii. Design and development of commercial products for retail sales. These items include but are not limited to:

a. Posters
b. Movie Cells
c. Pop Art
d. Clothing
e. Hats
f. Cross Collaborative Merchandise
g. Custom Merchandise 
 
D. Artistic Media Compensation

1.Current Industry standard for screenwriter compensation is up to 2% of the production budget for the performance of services outlined in the above section 1.

2. Budgeted salary compensation in the Writers Room with bonus and earned equity opportunities.

3. In exchange for their design and development services, the artistic creator of the commercial design and works shall receive 5% royalty of all net profits generated from the commercial sale of retail products that were designed by the artistic creator.
