Sonicfire Pro

Does anyone use SmartSound’s Sonicfire Pro? I read about many libraries on this site, most of which I’ve never heard of. If there are any Sonicfire Pro users out there, I’d be interested to discuss and compare.

This is the first I've heard of Sonicfire Pro... So it's a music library finder tool, that you can change "stems" otherwise known as moods on the fly? Cool concept of getting you the cut you need quickly.

Yes, it allows you the ability to adjust a piece to almost any length needed with an acceptable beginning, middle, and end. You can also adjust the volume of a particular instrument. For example, if you like the melody in a 6-piece ensemble but you don’t like the percussion part, you can turn that part down or eliminate it altogether. It’s really quite flexible. The recordings are good and there is a wide variety of styles. No, I’m not a representative for the company. I’ve just used the product for several years and would like to develop a dialog with other users.

Interesting, a lot of other music library companies to similar things. These guys are pretty inexpensive. You should also look at Extreme Music, Killer Trax, MegaTrax, Brand X, etc.. if you want some other options.
