You can join ArtCube Savannah and Atlanta for free. They post jobs in real-time.
I went to ArtCube.us, I hope I found the right one Eva. Just putting in ArtCube.com gave me a long list of sites with similar names. This one seems to be along the lines of what you're suggesting.) I don't see the Savannah option though, only Atlanta.
