S. Craig Zahler did a pretty good job with Bone Tomahawk (2015). It had a budget of $1.8 million and a respectable cast.

The film you probably had in mind; Once Upon a Time in the West.
But only for Budget:$1,250,000 (estimated) , Westworld (1973)

Thank you Dan MaxXx for the heads up on A24! Ooh, a bit gory but a great plumb line when it comes to cast @BobbyPeterson. I would love to see an Edgar Wright western! He did Shaun of the Dead for 6 million and Hot Fuzz for 12, so he's got experience at working with lower budgets!
