Supreme Court to settle potentially huge television case

Andrew that is an interesting article you re- published.... does that now mean you are abusing copy write? Especially if 32 was a subscription site? I see the content provider wanting some compensation on one hand. While on the other, it is out there already. Whereas this person is now promoting the programs. My NOC show is parked on a EU website, they did not ask me for permission, rather parked it on their site next to other comedy skits. Albeit they did not strip our credits or anything else. So what can I really say? Like here- http://www.frequency.com/video/notoncable-episode-2/82117396

In posting the link here, Andrew is not implying that he created the page, which is apparently the main criteria (so I can post this): http://webdesign.about.com/od/legal/a/aa030507.htm
