Hi, Everyone! I hope this might help someone looking for co-financing to produce their film. Riga is only 2 hr flight away from London, Moscow and Berlin, has many casting agencies and rather low extra costs and general living costs. And the city of Riga has just announced another tender for co-funding feature films to be shot in Riga. BTW, the BBC "War and Peace" was also partially shot in Latvia!
