Actor?FIlmmaker

Hi All, My name is Eric Schumacher, I'm an actor and I take that very seriously. Ive been honored to have played Wyatt Earpp for a national television show in the US and Doc Holliday and the legendary Alex Cox's Mocumentary Tombstone Rashomon which just released on streaming after successful dvd sales. A short I performed in (Bequest) and provided production consultation services or and directed a couple of scenes in at the request of he main producer (actor/director Richard Pines), recently won 18 festival awards and is newly released on Amazon. We are closing in on a release date for a ne w comedy feature and several other projects. Our production company, Seelie Studios, LLC is working with partners all over to plan new projects once they can be done safely and we are in progress on several others which we have figured out how to produce distanced. I'm very pleased to be a part of the upcoming streaming western comedy Horse Camp by Patrick Ball Media. I am 100% nerd. Theater/film nerd, geek of the hightest order and I believe in honor and compassion among artists and integrity in media and media business models. I'm always pleased to connect with like minded artists for mutual good.

Hi Kaym Thanks for the greeting and the kind words. I'll check out the acting lounge. Sci FI films and series,..Top 3 is hard to settle on and frankly if you ask me tomorrow I may give you more recent answers but since I've outright studied the genre and am a fan of works as early as "Metropolis" and the original "The day the Earth Stood Still" I'll have to go with some classics such as the TV series "Babylon 5", the feature film "Silent Running" starring Bruce Dern, and perhaps the Japanese sci fi "Returner". Of course I'm rather fond of my own productions in the genre, and a few are coming soon :) I appreciate the reminder to interact. I love meeting fellow creatives.

Eric Schumacher Mmm, classics! I have never seen Babylon 5, but my mother is obsessed with it. Star Trek: TNG was what I was raised on, but since then I would say Farscape, Firefly/Serenity, and Arrival.
