You and your son are amazing magicians!! You seem like a cool dad too. The part where James says "There aren't too many 12 year-olds juggling fire. And, more importantly, there aren't too many parents who actually let their kids juggle fire." Your response, "You mean encourage it." I laughed and continued smiling throughout your entire documentary. Zoom has proven its value in so many ways during the pandemic. I suspect we'll continue using it going forward. Best of luck to you.
This was so enjoyable, thank you for sharing! Loved seeing this as a family activity. Magic holds a special place for me and my family - my grandfather used to do magic and he also had a corporate day job. He used magic to distract from uncomfortable moments though. You really have evolved as a performer with using Zoom! Do you think you'll go back to in-person shows?
LOL Thanks for those bloopers! OMG, would you post in the Acting Lounge about what you learned performing on Zoom? I know our members would love to learn from your experience! https://www.stage32.com/lounge/acting
Thanks for all your comments encouragement. We're looking forward to potentially doing some unscripted reality in the future. We spent about two days preparing for this and today's filming imagine what we could do if we were given a lot more time. We realize that content is king and that we need to crank this out as we have had so many shows since March of last year. We've performed over 400 hundred virtual shows.
