Hello everyone! I'm Sifa Asani Gowon, a Screenwriter and (budding) Producer based in Abuja, Nigeria. I've written for and co-created series and features in Nigeria and I am looking to eventually (in the near future, God willing) produce some stories I have written.
My strengths and writing preferences lean toward drama with a slant toward romance. Many of my stories are cross-cultural in nature and involve characters from not just Nigeria but other nations. I've written some scripts including a rom-com I am trying to get off the ground now.
I would love to meet and possibly collaborate with writers from Brazil, the US, UK, South Korea, Russia, and Barbados (for now, as those are some of the stories I am currently working on) so if you're interested, I'd love to meet you. I've got a few stories I'd be happy to talk about with you.
I am really looking forward to learning more about this industry and expanding my network here and who knows? Maybe someday I'll get to work with an adventurous Stage 32-er on a movie or series! Bless you all!
