Introduce Yourself : Hello from another writer by Ed Beach

Hi all! Thought I'd take part in the intros even though I'm a little late to the party. I'm a little out of place here in that I am a sports broadcaster who also works in P.R. and advertising sales. I've been writing scripts for less than a year and would like to do what I can to advance my work as far as possible. I currently have a script in the Finals of The People's Pilot competition hosted by TVWriter.com and hoping that's the start of good things to come.
