Hi @Matt. Cool to meet you, you're right we all have time on our hands right now and I'm taking the time to build a personal website during lockdown.

That's fantastic! Do you have any favorite website builders? I think I might have to do a total revamp

I'm not savvy with internet/social media so did in depth google survey and the most user friendly for me is Wix. (Good selection plans/payment options, together with their own host if needed) To err on side of caution however, some of my friends do free trial runs of a few web builders, to test them out. If you're doing a total revamp of a brand you already have out there, you should pose your question to thread here that deals with technical issues. Eg Which websites best stream fight choreography, juxtaposed with your other key needs and compatible with media you already got up and running. I was thinking of a hiring personal web builder but then total control of contract with any third parties, would not be entirely in my hands. There are so many choices so don't rush into any one web builder.

The free Wix is what I used when I couldn't afford a website host. The only problem is you get a domain like wix..../yoursitename. I like GoDaddy's back end for navigation. Of course Wordpress is the easiest and is available in any host. I've used HostGator but found it so difficult to manage. GoDaddy was simple, cheap. Their unlimited hosting is not that expensive where you can manage an infinite number of domains -- especially good for creatives if they want to create a site for each project.
