New screenwriter here! (Yeah, you can probably feel my excitement)
My passion in one equation:
MATH & SCIENCE + WILD IMAGINATION = A TOTALLY UNIQUE & CREATIVE PERSPECTIVE
That’s basically me! Since I was a kid, I loved expressing ideas through writing, questioning, and inventing. The last two didn’t get me far, but writing? That’s where all my potential flows.
Speaking of potential…
I’m NOT a reader.
Dyslexia was once my biggest struggle, but now? It’s my BIGGEST ALLY, my creative superpower. Paired with my science background, it fuels my storytelling in ways I never expected.
I’ve dabbled in short story plots (never polished them into scripts though), but now I’m diving headfirst into my first sci-fi thriller screenplay—blending time travel, consciousness, and history.
The protagonist embarks on a journey that challenges everything he knows about reality and time. With each step, the lines between truth and illusion blur, and survival may be the greatest trap of all.
Oh, and I’m currently studying Mathematical Sciences for AI at Sapienza University of Rome (you know, just in case my screenwriting career doesn’t take off—I might have to take revenge on humanity with AI

Hi, Ahmed Hesham. Welcome to the community and screenwriting. I've heard of dyslexia, and I remember one of the characters on the TV series S.W.A.T. had dyslexia, but I don't know a lot about it. Do you prefer to learn by watching things than reading?

Hey Ahmed Hesham - you are absolutely correct in that you have a very unique perspective. And I love it that you see dyslexia as your ally and not an enemy. That takes great courage. I salute you and encourage you to keep going and never ever give up. Can't wait to see your finished work!
