Hi I have rather an interesting life story that might interest you , in brief i grew up in household where my father was an abusive alcoholic to our family who fought in the British armed forces in Northern Ireland
I grew up in the British rave scene
I was mixed up in British gang culture also a using substance misuse addict for nearly 30 years while I was running away from my true identity to fit in with my mainly British Afro Caribbean friends and extended family
I made the transition to my true identity as a Transgender woman around 7 years ago and I've been in recovery from addiction for a year and 3 months , I now volunteer in an outpatient Substance misuse recovery centre and I'm working towards future employment there . I write poetry and my take on philosophy and also I'm a member of NA and I hold service positions at all levels within the NA fellowship
