Call it boredom, or opportunity but I am sitting in a priority lounge awaiting a much delayed plane departure. Life hey! So I am taking this sudden blessing of time to reintroduce myself.
Nothing exciting to be honest. A half wit screen writer, and an ok published author. But I am if anything persistant, and I have been told ad nauseam that 'that' is the key.
The current genre foisted on me is female protagonist driven suspense thriller. Bit of a flash back, figure it out as you read/watch type of situation - and the plot twist of plot twists, yep stranger than fiction, it so happens to be true.
Move over Tindler Swindler, Dirty John, and Inventing Anna, we now have "The Girl who Roared Quietly" Love to chat and re meet some familiars on here, and welcome new faces.
Happy Sunday

Hi, Katherine De Bois. I think we spoke before on here. Sorry about the delay.
I like the "figure it out as you read/watch type of situation" of your script. "The Girl who Roared Quietly" is a great title!

Hi Katherine De Bois I love the way your descriptions are written! It makes me feel like I'm reading an adventure book as you're waiting to take off on your plane like the beginning of a movie to kick off. I might be a little crazy but that's the first thing that came to mind.

Ingrid Wren You are a Hobart lass. Awesome town now city. I've spent many a fine hour wandering the market and eating on the water there. You may know of the Australian 60 minutes coverage of Paul Carter. ... I read your bio, and your current project sounds like a success in the making. After all the description of Bridgerton would have been as eclectic.

Tony Pham you ave encapsulated a feeling that exists from the first page of the novel, and therefore also the script. Waiting for what is inevitably going to be something big, and you just keep waiting, and then WHAM!. You don't even see it coming, yet you knew something was going to happen. ( the plane to take off, or the hitman to meet the victim, or a random twist that later seems not so random. Love a great twisty story that so happens to be true.
Hope the pitching goes great, Katherine De Bois!

Maurice Vaughan it would apparently be better if it was a cold case which would mean I'd have to be dead lol. So close. So close. haahhahah. Next time perhaps.

Hello. If you want strong female stories about suspense thrillers look no further than Alfred Hitchcock. The Master of Macabre always had strong female leads. And they weren’t damsels in distress either. Most of them tortured throughout their struggles.
