To paraphrase Robin Williams' character in "Dead Poet's Society" - I'm just trying to contribute a verse. Although, I wonder myself, what will be my verse? Breaking through is difficult....and every moment when I consider quitting - I simply can't think of anything else I'd rather do -- so I'm stuck -- forever in love with a craft that I literally can't live without. I've written a screenplay based on a tragic maritime disaster from 1934 and am nearly done with a screenplay called "Greetings from Asbury Park, Again." I have no delusions of winning an Oscar. I just want to create a story with other creative people. Anyway, with all that said, Stage 32 is amazing -- thank you for all of the connections I've made....And the Happy Writers section is equally amazing. I feel priviledged to be a part of this community.
