Hi all. I'm a writer based in Durham, UK. I'm currently on the second draft of my second novel, taking a break from scripts for TV and film. One of my short stories, a comedy drama about a middle aged guy being diagnosed with ADHD, is currently in production locally. I have also been hired to write a sci-fi horror film to go in to production in 2019. I still hold a fire for a 6 episode comedy webseries about a group of paranormal TV investigators finding a home, after coming so close to production 3 years ago.
I also turn my hand to journalism, having written articles in everything from our struggling NHS, the political climate both at home and in America, and most recently the untold side of domestic violence. I have also worked as a producer and presenter for radio, and producer for Aljazeera.

Hi I'm Ed Skirtich- It's great to be back writing at Stage 32. I do a lot of things- screenwriting, TV producer, writer, talk show host of "Celebrating Pittsburgh Legacies" at PCTV 21 in Pittsburgh, PA, and student in Shonda Rhimes TV writing class. I my journey so for with screenwriting and TV writing, there's joy, hope, frustration. sadness, and table reads of your script that make you feel bitter.
