Final Draft is a good one in my opinion but it does have a bit of a high cost. I like it though. I have been using it for 3 years now and never had any issues.
Writers Duet, is an on-line software that's free for your first 3 scripts. A subscription is cheaper than Celtx. Final Draft is used a lot in the industry but its pricey.
Personally I use WD because I can write anywhere on any device with a web browser. But once I finish the draft, I use FD to do the final polishes.
Celtx is what I have used.
Thanks James, I'll check it out.

I have Final Draft, but have never used it to write stageplays.
FD has a number of Stageplay templates.
Thanks all.
What about Fade In? Has anyone ever used that for a stage play?
