Was hoping to get any info about improving my playwriting skills. I have so many stories in my head, but I find it so frustrating that I can not get any of these ideas on paper, and then when I do it just doesn't feel right. So if any knows of any classes I can take, seminars or group studies, free or paid for, I will be willing to accept all infomation.

I'm not a playwright-but I am a screenwriter & the best thing was to read scripts & watch films. So maybe that would translate well to plays too? Read them & watch them. Take the stories apart & piece them back together.

I don't understand you, sorry. You have stories but you can't get them out of your head. I'm not being harsh, but have you tried typing or writing the ideas out. Make cards or notes. Outline. Develop storylines and characters. It's not rocket science as what to do. It's how you do it that makes the difference. WRITE SOMETHING. Then fix it.
O wow, I appreciate everyone's responses. @ Gianna thanks so much, my uncle told me the same thing, duly noted. @ Ann thanks for the website. @ Jess, I will be checking that site out. and @ Brian you don't have to apologize and I appreciate the advice, you are right, I have a bunch of stories I have written on a 10 year span, but nothing I feel can be produced into a play, maybe a couple, my stories seem to lack something, but I'm not sure what it is. I appreciate everyone's advice, comments and references, keep'em coming.
