So this is something i have been facing in my work life. the Monster that is Closed Captioning. I work at a tv station and for some time we have had our shows that are distributed cc (closed captioned) by the stations receiving them. As we are an LP station our in house shows have a looser FCC regulations. Anyway management wants to move toward having the CC done in house. So my question for the group is as follows.
