This is astounding to read! I particularly loved how the editor was brought in during the camera test, which they made into a kind of proof of concept short.

How many of YOU have had that luxury of being brought in during the early stages of a project? What stage do you prefer to be attached to the project?

This is a GREAT read. The film is conceptual on many levels and has remarkable cuts and scene transitions. Such a brilliant move involving his editor from the very beginning. Very cool.

I love that. Bringing them in early is a great way for the editor to think ahead while saving time and $ at the end.
