As a filmmaker who's dabbled in the world of short micro-budget films, I just have to say this about editing – it's nothing short of magical! Despite being a relative beginner, I've already experienced the joy and challenges of spending countless hours poring over footage and having those "eureka" moments when everything falls into place. Editing truly has a transformative power that elevates a good film to something extraordinary. To all the seasoned editors out there, your talent and dedication are awe-inspiring, and as a newbie in this craft, I'm in awe of the weight of experience you bring to each project. Here here, Clive Cooper! I absolutely love the editing process and am also in awe of the magic that editors can do. I've always thought films are made 3 times - when they are written, when they are shot and then when they are edited and the last step is where it really happens. Love your post and acknowledgment of these amazing artists!!
