It's a startup like any other business. That it serves the entertainment industry is irrelevant.
A business plan is a roadmap. It should include a competition analysis, projected need for the services and how you'll fill it (what Dan MaxXx suggested) and what's the return on investment (ROI), marketing plan, budget, etc - even if outside loans are not being sought. Attempting to secure a loan without these ducks in order could be a disaster. I note you're in India. Business may run differently there, but bottom line basics are universal.
What thought has gone into this besides the desire to start a business. Perhaps a talk with a business advisor is in order.

It’s all about the execution, brother. I can speak from personal experience, just start doing. You don’t need anything but the electronic devise you are currently holding in your hand, and creative ideas.
