Hi Fernando! I'd recommend networking with people here in the Stage 32 community. If you have an idea for a film and a script, I'd recommend putting it up in our JOBS section (top menu bar: https://www.stage32.com/find-jobs) and list the positions you'd need (paid or unpaid). People from our community can send you their profiles so you can learn more about them and see if they are a creative fit for your project. The benefit of Stage 32 over Craigslist is that you never know what you're going to get with Craigslist. Here you know everything about the people you are potentially going to work with by looking at their profile. When you start to build your team that way, usually someone knows someone who can help continue to put the puzzle pieces together to get the full production crew that you need to get your film going. If you're looking for an actual company, I'd recommend looking at digital agencies who create content for a business - they usually like to stretch their creative muscles by doing something longer-form like a short film and they will have things like camera and editor in-house or on team.
