This is the first I've ever heard of Youpix.org so I'm not in a great position to say legit or not legit. However, I do tend to wait and see some results from the company before I throw all my eggs in that basket. When company's have some "winners" or other success stories from their channels they tend to brag about it. If I don't see those I'm generally not in a great rush to work with them. Not saying they're no good but I'm in no rush.
Never heard of them, never submit any work without having it either Registered or Copyrighted, if it's Scripts, other things such as Demo Reels be sure they are returned and have copy protection.
