I was a Finalist at this year's Grown-Up Movie Script Contest and I utilized my coupon for a free month in The Writer's Room. I was reassured in my email to Stage32 Support member, Lisa, that Finalist coupon was activated and my credit card would not be charged until August 19, but I found out on August 6th my credit card was charged with a monthly Writer's Room due on July 19, the same day Lisa wrote I would not be charged. I fully understand mistakes get made, but I have been going back and forth with Stage32 Support members (Lisa and Brandy) for over two weeks trying to get reimbursed for Stage32's mistake.
Could someone --- especially anyone in the Stage32 staff --- please direct me on how to get reimbursed?

I finally heard back from Brandy at Stage 32 Community Member Service, but her information was completely wrong. I have documented proof --- emails and bank statements --- I was mistakenly charged. Does anyone know if Stage 32 Community Member Service is AI generated because it feels like I'm in a GROUNDHOG DAY time-loop, Stage 32 Community Member Service is Phil Ryerson and there's no way out?

It took over one month --- 4 weeks, 3 days --- to get this mistaken charge remedied. I find it demoralizing that no one from Stage32 responded to this post. #AAPI #Invisible
