Hi everyone, I am an author and would love to see my books on the screen, TV or Film. I am attempting to write a TV script for my first book - (Yesterday's Tomorrows: The Dark Secret) 'DARK SECRET' and it would be followed by my second: 'Heroes Don't Cry' as this follows on. My third, 'The White Dress' would make a good film. I really would prefer someone else to write the scripts, but I'm having a go.

Hi Denise! Welcome aboard! If you don't fancy writing the scripts alone, you can always look for a co-writer who has scriptwriting experience. Your other option is to employ a ghostwriter scriptwriter, and input as much as possible, but you get the credit for the script. But I think you should give it a try yourself first. But adaptations from books are quite challenging! Good luck and take as much help and support as you can from all the amazing scriptwriters on here! :)
Thank you so much for your advice Gemma. I will definitely give it some thought.
You are welcome. I do a lot of ghostwriting on scripts. If you ever want a chat, let me know.
Welcome, Denise. Great advice from Gemma.
Hey Denise, this is Beth from the Stage 32 team. I just wanted to let you know I moved your post from Screenwriting to Introduce Yourself, as it fits much better there. Let me know if you have any questions, and all the best to you!
Hi Denise!
Thank you so much Boomer. I have done a little screen writing years ago, so I do have an inkling.
Hi Denise! Welcome aboard!
thank you Melissa
I am putting this on hold for now as I have more pressing commitments.
