Unfortunately, it's highly unlikely that you will be able to get a studio meeting to pitch an idea, unless you are either referred, professionally or know someone internally.
Blake Snyder has a really good formula to use. It's in his book Save the Cat 3 and he uses Juno as a reference. It will show how to create both a Logline and a one-minute pitch.

There may be some sites that specifically ask for loglines and/or pitches. Not sure if cold calling is good to just pitch ideas....maybe.
