Screenwriting : TV 2nd Episode Question by Allen Lawrence

Do you have reintroduce each character the first time they appear in the second episode if you already introduced them in the pilot? (e.g. RON (45), a panther in Armani.); My instinct is to have each script stand on it's own but I would appreciate knowing the industry standard. Thank you.
