Good morning everyone, I have so many scripts in my head. The most I’ve ever put on paper was poetry or songs. Mentally, I am very passionate about becoming an screenwriter but physically, I have no clue on where to begin. It’s very easy for me to create a storyline but I don’t know how to put it on paper. Can any direct me to some resources for templates or software for scripts? Especially for beginners. Thank you!

I use WriterDuet, I tried Final Draft and Celtx, but found WriterDuet the best for me, it's really simple to follow.

Before digging into heady books like Robert McKee's Story or worrying about software, there are a treasure trove of free scripts on the internet to read. Pick and choose your favorite recent movies or read many of the recent Oscar nominations are also now available online.
