I'm an actor/ screenwriter. I've been in two home improvement commercials, a photo double on an N.B.C pilot and an extra in a feature film ”I Feel Pretty”. I more so want to get on the writing side. I have pilots already written I just need the right person to pitch them to. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Get a writing coach, my friend. Pro feedback is mandatory before shopping. S32 has a plethora of podcasts, classes, and coaches. I have a script going to my coach soon. HE will determine if MAD MOUNTAIN MASSACRE is ready for Hollywood or we need to write another draft and make the story greater. Hope this helps. Big Boss Films was formed at S32 Meetups. We're only as strong as our network, like boxers. Always have a team in our corner.... My man...

Shawn Speake is your coach one if the Stage32 consultants? $150 a pop might not be affordable by all here :)

Regardless, pretty cool you accomplished what you have. :)
The thing is I have done all what you guys have said. Mostly it seems like just another way to get money from you. Don’t get me wrong I know nothing in this world free and it’s costs to play. However nobody wants to just be spending point less money.

How do you know your material is good or better than unemployed professional writers? It's not about money, the right person or Luck. It is about the work. Good writing/writers always find a home.
Your comments are strewn with grammatical errors.
How would you judge a carpenter who hadn't mastered his craft?
On the comma:
Let's eat, grandpa!
Let's eat grandpa!

I believe 'grandpa' would have an initial cap as a proper name can be substituted, i.e. if grandpa's name is Joe, "Let's eat Joe!" or Let's eat, Joe!"
"My grandpa eats" would not. "My Joe eats."

Online resources can also help with grammar: Grammarly, Grammer Girl, etc. ;)

Martina, I believe Shawn is referring to script consultant Danny Manus who is a member here at S32. ;)

Steven, perhaps utilize any connections or contacts you have made through your acting work—it truly does take a village. Also, network and build relationships here at S32, there are lots of consultants, etc, who are members. You can utilize "Browse" to search our membership by occupation and/or location and reach out to specific people. Plus just get out there. Meet people. I met my mentor by attending a talk. I couldn't agree with you more about not spending pointless money—I don't, not a dime. There are so many resources online that are free: websites, podcasts, articles, etc. S32 offers many free podcasts and webinars as well. RB just did an AMA last week. Check under "Education" and "Happy Writers." There is a pitching tips pdf available for free too. There are also a ton of books out there that can help you with craft. If budget is a concern, you can utilize your local library, etc. I would suggest you get your work to its absolute best, and then seek a consultant or someone who's willing to take a look and give you recommendations. Your work must be at a professional level and market ready before pitching. There are many great webinars and pitching options available here at S32. Just look it over, you never know... there may be something or some specific person from a specific agency or production company that may be helpful to you. It's your choice. :) Hope that helps!
My grammar in my scripts are perfect. That’s the reason you have editors. I know my scripts are good from feedback that I have shared with actors, writers, etc.. I’m not someone who writes shit and scared to share it.
