Great to be here among so many passionate others! I've published a novel and was encouraged to move into screenwriting. I'm on the second draft of a feature set in China. Finally, and I don't know why it took me so long to come around, committing to my identity as a writer - it absolutely gives me tingles. Love the complexity of this industry, its heartbreaking trials, and totally fascinating people. This is a great place to be. Thanks for having me.

Hey Nell--great to meet you. I see on the InkTip newsletter (you pay a modest fee to receive it) that scripts set in China are sometimes requested by executives/companies.
Thank you for the advice! As soon as I finish the second draft and get my logline and query letter exactly where I want them I will pursue this avenue for sure!
