Screenwriting : Writing Synopsis's by Jack Bennett

I need help with a synopsis (several actually) I subscribe to ISA, InkTip etc. and see posts looking for exactly what my script is. But when I send the synopsis, they say, "Sorry, not what we're looking for." Clearly, my scripts (award winning no less) aren't getting read because my synopsis's suck. I could use help, advice, thoughts.... Thanks
