Rocky Watson is obsessed with cycling. The middle-aged Vicar lives for his daily rides out into the countryside so when the opportunity arises for him to train up an old college friend and aging rocker Dave and his suicidal welsh friend Awen, Rocky cannot say no. However, it becomes clear, very quickly that all is not so idyllic for Rocky as it would first appear and Dave's girlfriend is not afraid to let Valerie, Rocky's wife, know it.
