Sweet & sinister | Shannon Pauline Balstad

A short film made for a media production class at the University of Minnesota. Our assignment was to fit an entire story into one precise minute. Inspired by the "found footage" format helmed by films such as "THE BLAIR WITCH PROJECT" and sensationalized by "CLOVERFIELD", my classmate and I combined efforts to write, produce, cast, direct, film, edit, and create this short story following two deadly trick-or-treaters sabotaging this couple's favorite holiday.
