So many of us screenwriters write things that can never be made. With a little bit of thought we could write something that will sell. Yes we should write what we know. Tell the story we want to tell. But we must also have some idea of the world we live in and be realistic. Business is what makes the world go round. So consider business before spend so much time on something that will never see the light of day.
