The Ruby Runs Red is an entry in the Philadelphia based Project Twenty1 2011 Film Festival competition. Detective Mulligan (Steve Underwood) is a hard-bitten cop who has seen it all. But his investigation into the death of Cynthia Rhoads (Trisha Graybill) and the disappearance of a priceless ruby yields a shocking conclusion.
