I am an award winning Native American SAG-AFTRA actor, writer, director, and producer. Native American talent has been overlooked concerning diversity, inclusivity, and opportunity in film and television. Roles for Native American actors are less than 1 percent, 0.4 to be exact. Opportunities for Native American directors are just as poor. This is disturbing considering the industry has invested so much money into diversity and inclusion. I wrote/directed a film that has won 6 film festivals worldwide. I created my own production company, yet I can't get an agent or anyone to speak to me. Any suggestions?

Richard, I so respect and appreciate what you have created in Stage 32. Its reach is farther than international; Stage 32's reach goes deep into the hearts and minds of creatives who have joined and been given opportunity. Thank you sounds so simple, but my thank you runs deep. Really, so appreciate your work to create opportunity!
I loved what you shared when you wrote a while back about filmmakers needing to write memoirs. I have finished a powerful memoir that includes working with a lot of great actors. How can I get this published? Do you know of any agents who would welcome working with what I have to share?

We've been told we need to upgrade our pitch deck. We're working now with a graphic artist. Is that the right thing to do?
