Hi everybody. I've been a member of Stage 32 since Sept./14. I just recently got my head around the idea of communicating and sharing through an electronic medium. I am an intensely private man and two things have always bothered me about the North American need to spew: who would possibly care about what I have for breakfast at 8:26 in the morning, and let my work speak for itself. I have realized recently what an idiot I have been. The truth is that with empathy, everything works. I have made real, honest connections with people, learned things I would never have learned in a million years, and as for my work? I simply haven't, yet, done anything noteworthy. Stage 32 is an absolutely wonderful site for creative people; getting support, useful education, exchanging ideas, and just bouncing around feelings, without the fear of being judged. It is all in the perspective, and I was in the dark ages.

It's amazing how mid-life can be a time of rejuvenation, eh? I totally empathize with where you're coming from, Andrew. However, I suspect that you have created noteworthy art...? Even concepts are noteworthy.

I too am a private person but networking and learning is such fun ... And necessary. Glad you are here. What is noteworthy? I'm sure people have different views on that.
