Just found out this morning that my horror feature "Appraising the Dead" has been voted into the Finalists at the Scriptapalooza competition, now one of only 30 screenplays remaining. I've had tremendous luck with this competition and they also work harder than any other competition in the industry to promote high-ranking work. Winners will be announced in 2 weeks but I'm already humbled that my gory, genre-bending haunted house flick made it this far. The readers are clearly deeply disturbed people with questionable taste - and I love them for it (:
