Uhhh... Stage 32 Happy Writers; because the execs that are participating are actively looking for material and they will move on it if it fits their roster, and because it is simply the most direct and easiest to use service online and the success stories back that up. They live up to their name and writers who use it are genuinely happy.

VPF isn't a pitchfest, but its a good online resource to query.
No legacy is as rich as honesty. “Set out each day believing your dreams, knowing without a doubt that you were made for amazing things.” You are welcome to stage 32
VPF recipients will responded to you within a week, and sometimes comment on why they passed on your project.
