Greetings Noble friends and colleagues – Have gear will travel, have weapons will travel, have a team with knowledge and experience that can infuse your project with excitement and emotional impact on time and on budget.
Hi Durand, I see that you're local. Cool! I'm not sure if you're asking about me possibly writing a script or producing one of yours. Either way, I just wanted to let you know that I'm working on developing a web series, while also editing a feature script of mine, at the moment. So my plate is pretty full right now. I'll email you momentarily though so you'll at least have my contact info if you want to tell me a bit more about your project. Sounds like you have some great skills!
Hi Jean, Thank you for your response. Yes I would like to tell you about the project but I prefer to meet with you in person with a NDA form. I don't mean to be pretensous but just professional. I've started things before but that was a while ago some work out some do not. I am interested in producing a pilot for a television series. I've begun the series' bible and have the beginnings of a treatment as well as a character outline.. The series would star a woman with other strong women leads. It would be tri-lingual: English, Spanish and Chinese. I've been working on the first independent performing arts center in Chinatown with owner Clara Hsu and manager/theatre producer and director David Acevedo. It officially opened 31 October of 2016. Currently I'm a stunt coordinator for THE BEND which begins shooting up in Roseville next month and I'm fight directing for THE PIANO LESSON produced in Danville with Role Players Ensemble and I begin teaching at AAU in early Feb. The series would take place in SF and foreign locations...
No worries. I understand all too well. I like communication to be crystal clear, so as not to waste anyone's very precious and limited time. So thanks for clarifying that you are producing and looking for a writer. To be clear, I produce multimedia for a living and work on my own creative aspirations late at night or when I can find time between contract work. So it doesn't sound like I'm your ideal fit since you would clearly need a dedicated writer for your series, and I am working on my own (on the side). I wish you the very best! Please keep me posted. ...You may want to consider the pitch sessions that Stage 32 provides.
Thanks for the connection, Durand!
Dear Ms. Buschmann, Would you consider the possibility of listening a proposal for a possible writing gig?
My contact information is: sffightdirector@att.net and 415.341.5427.
And thank you Jean for accepting my invitation.

Thank you for considering it. We become who we are by what we do.
Indeed, or as I like to say "we are who we choose to be" - The Iron Giant. ;)
