Works at Otis College of Art and Design ♦ Agency Assistant, Animator, Assistant Director, Assistant Production Office Coordinator (APOC), Clerk, Crew, Editor, Filmmaker, Motion Graphic Design, Producer, Production Assistant, Researcher, Student
Hello I am a student at Otis College of Art and Design and am interested in learning about producing and many other aspects of film! If anyone is looking for an intern please contact me!
Hi, Briana. Are you based in L.A.? If so, you should send query letters to L.A.-based production companies. They bring in interns all the time - especially for course credit. Good luck!
My first internship was with I.A.T.S.E Local 8 in Philadelphia. Union halls are tough crowd, but if you want to work on large budget hollywood films at the stagehand level, familiarizing yourself with IATSE is a must. However my second internship was with a creepy distribution company that mainly distributed horror films....and "Gay themed romance films" (high class gay porn). And after about three months decided they didn't want to hire me - just got a new intern. Oh and they used pirated software. So....you know watch out for those ones too.

Yes I am! Okay great thank you I will try that instead. Do you know of any that would be good for college students?
Never mind haha miss read, thank you again
I admire what producers do. I don't think I could handle the immense amount of pressure they face... so I chose editing :)
Briana. Try a company called Krasnoff/Foster Entertainment. Russ and Gary are friends. They're based in the Santa Monica area.
