Introduce Yourself : Jack Comeau by Jack Comeau

Hi Folks : I made living in the world of TV lighting, one Emmy, three nominations. Tired of running around film sets have gone into my true passion of writing full time. I've written 5 screenplays, still shopping three, one novel, available on amazon and I'm doing stand comedy these days. SO WHAT'S SO FUNNY ABOUT THIS INTRO,RIGHT? I'm saving my energy, plus, I'm still savoring my second breakfast scotch. There goes any chance of finding a date on this site. Kidding about the scotch, anyway. Coffee is now my drug of choice. I drink just enough until I'm ready to take hostages before hitting those laptop keys. My three current screenplays are: CLOSE PROXIMITY, THE GREAT DIVIDE and WHILE I'M HERE. If I tell you about them, I'll be tip toeing dangerously close to that no log lines rule. So, check the STAGE area, or whatever they're calling it for those. I will, however, at the end of this diatribe, post a link to my novel. That's probably against the rules too but, hell, we're all going to die under President Trump anyway. On the personal front, after taking my leave of lighting, I moved up to the wilds of Ventura. It's the best of both worlds. I've a deck that's bigger than some apartments I've lived in. It has a panoramic Pacific Ocean view. I know, what other ocean would it be, right? I do so love alliterations, though. All this and I can be on any studio lot inside of an hour and a half. Of course not a lot of people are asking me on to studio lots these days. Maybe I can still get on the ET ride at Universal?
