Hey guy's I posted to re-introduce myself to you lovely people a couple of days back as an experienced music composer for the film, game & TV industry, and met with the usual welcoming comments and warm reception this awesome forum kindly offers. One thing I didn't have uploaded at the time was a recent musical showreel, with this now being achieved, I'd very much like to introduce it to you all for you to listen to at your leisure. The showreel gives a small example of some of the styles of music that I have composed, ranging from slow heartfelt, sad, tension building, horror, electronic, orchestral, rock, popular, ethnic and more. I hope you enjoy. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=flwBqZ0ifzk
Good stuff, Grant!

Funny, I've always assumed the composer comes late in the process, but listening to this got my creative juices flowing and I started creating scenes/story to match the music movements! FUn! Thanks, Grant.

That's brilliant Sarah, glad to be of assistance! It's true that generally the composer does make an appearance further on down the line, or at least once the script has gained some momentum. But in some cases as you say, music can also help to inspire new ideas and scenes. A pleasure to meet you.

Well done, man. Great variety as you have stated in your post. High quality and very cinematic. If you're also looking to network with other composers you might check out my friend Jurgen Beck who does tremendous work imo. https://www.stage32.com/jurgenbeck
