Introduce Yourself : Hello All! by Eric Bartos

Hello All, My name is Eric, I am finishing my last year in the Audio Engineering program at Michigan Technological university. While in school I have been focusing on music mixing and mastering as well as film sound design and film mixing. Combined in school work and out of school work I have been in the audio industry for over 6 years now and I am looking to start getting into doing some more serious work. I have 2 home studio setups currently, one is a music mixing and mastering studio that has a standard stereo setup capable of running Cubase Pro 8.5, Nuendo 7, and Pro Tools 9. My second studio is my personal favorite, With a custom designed and build 7.2 surround sound system, tuned to an amazing +/- 2.5 dB and acoustically treated to be as accurate as possible. I am capable of mixing in 5.1, 7.1 LCR and standard stereo. As with my main studio I am capable of running Cubase Pro 8.5, Nuendo 7, and Pro Tools 9 with a wide variety of other software and plugins to make anything sound great. I am really excited to find an awesome project to be part of, but so far its been difficult since I live in the middle of nowhere for school. I'm really hoping that Stage 32 can help me find a really great project to work on.
